Linda Stevens

Founder & President

      After a successful career in the Federal Government and private sector community, Linda founded Inspirata Consulting following her passion and drive to build high-performing teams and solve complex business problems. She is a results-driven executive with 17+ years of experience providing solution-oriented Management Consulting such as academically rigorous Assessment, Monitoring, and Evaluations (AM&E); Program and Change Management; Strategy; and Human-Centered Design.

 

        Prior to establishing Inspirata, Linda led operations for various organizations and managed large complex programs/projects for many clients while ensuring outstanding technical performance to meet her clients' mission needs. The portfolio of Federal Government and private organizations that Linda has helped includes the Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Export-Import Bank, Federal Reserve of Cleveland, Eplus, Fidelity Investments, and Google. 

 

       As the President of Inspirata and a service-disabled veteran, Linda is passionate about hiring veterans, mentoring them through their transition to the civilian workforce, and creating unrivaled experiences for her employees and clients. 

 

         In her scarce free time, Linda enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also enjoys traveling, reading, competitive bodybuilding, collecting comic books with her husband, and fundraising for causes that are near and dear to her heart such as the Ronald McDonald House and the Make a Wish Foundation.

Jan (Ken) Gleiman

VP Strategy and Government Operations

Dr. Gleiman joined Inspirata after a successful career in the United States Army where he served as a Green Beret in the Special Forces and later as a strategic planner and policy advisor to the most senior Department of Defense (DoD) officials. Described by his friends and colleagues as, “...an unapologetic academic with a passion for the practical application of knowledge,” Ken combines empirical rigor with a sense of mission accomplishment learned from his years of service around the globe.

 

Prior to joining Inspirata, Ken conducted and led numerous assessments and evaluations for DoD leadership. These included a comprehensive examination of DoD’s China strategy while serving on the DoD’s China Task Force, and an examination of the security sector in the West Bank while serving as the Director of Strategy, Plans, and Assessments for the U.S. Security Coordinator to Israel and the Palestinian Authority.  As Inspirata’s Vice President of Strategy and Government Operations, Ken works with our government clients to tailor empirically based research and strategy solutions. 

 

As a service-disabled veteran, Ken believes in giving back to his community of veterans through mentorship and service. He currently serves as the President of the Army Strategist Association (ASA) (501c3). Ken is married with two teenage children.  He is a fitness enthusiast and an avid golfer. He enjoys teaching part-time at Georgetown University’s Security Studies Program.
